Douglas Liddell is a mental coach, medical doctor, psychiatrist and psychotherapist by training.

He has 3 complementary academic qualifications: in medicine, philosophy, psychology and over 12 years of medical practice in psychological/psychiatric support in renowned hospitals and clinics in several countries.

He also specialized in cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), mental training, mind-body approaches, meditation and brain stimulation techniques.

Numerous journeys around the world and his encounters with different cultures have enabled him to enrich his therapeutic approaches and develop a holistic, integrative care of the individual.

Building a bridge between traditional knowledge and the latest neuroscience researches, he uses mental training to generate concrete changes, develop self-acceptance and acceptance of others, and cope with and prepare oneself for life’s challenges. From 2018, Dr Douglas Liddell joined the world’s most exclusive treatment center, The Küsnacht Practice in Zurich, as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist and deputy medical director.
